COB (Chip-on-Board) is an advanced LED packaging technology where multiple bare LED chips (Red + Green + Blue) are directly mounted and encapsulated together on the PCB substrate in a single module, instead of the traditional SMD method where each LED is individually packaged and then soldered onto the board.

This fundamental difference delivers major advantages, especially for fine-pitch displays (≤P2.6 mm) used in rental, staging, TV studios, control rooms, etc.

COB LEDs offer a wider viewing angle, lower heat output, and strong protection against collision, static, oxidation, dust, and moisture—making installation and maintenance remarkably effortless.

Fine pixel pitch LED screens are known to be very fragile, which not only brings a big challenge for installation process, but also is a headache for maintenance. 

Our indoor COB series relieve the headaches of traditional fine pixel pitch LED screens. Powered by COB technology, the indoor COB series delivers everything you have been dreaming about for the fine pixel pitch LED screens: anti-crash, anti-static, anti-corrosion, dust-proof and water-proof (front: IP 65).

With larger viewing angle, lesser heat emission and a contrast ration of 10000:1, the indoor COB series present a much better image. They are also an energy-saving solution, max. 91W/tile or 450W/m².
